Buy new membership

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the following conditions: I hereby give permission to Luxurious Pass to charge my designated payment card for the yearly/Monthly membership fee on a one time/recurring basis, either annually or for each subsequent charge, as applicable, until I send written notification to the contrary. Furthermore, fees for utilizing services for both myself and my guests will be charged to this card at the current rates, depending on the membership plan I have chosen. I am aware that access to some services is contingent upon presenting a valid Luxurious Pass membership card, which will be provided to me as part of my membership package.

Due to the special nature of these luxury travel services, the membership is strictly non-voidable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. No reimbursement, replacement, compensation, or indemnification shall be provided to the Client or any third party in connection with any transactions conducted under the membership. Furthermore, the Company shall bear no liability or responsibility for any cancellations, forfeitures, suspensions, or terminations of travel, accommodation, or any related services arising therefrom.
